Refund Policy Vendors - Upon written request, a full refund will be issued for any reason prior to April 15, 2026.  Once the sponsor has received a copy of the registration list of our attendees, cancelations will incur a 1000.00 fee.  In case of cancelation of the event, sponsor may request a full refund or apply their sponsorship funds towards the rescheduled event.
